When we are not at work helping folks buy and sell property, we are working in our communities to support various causes that are important to each of us.
Avenue 3 is a proud sponsor of ONE LAPTOP PER CHILD (OLPC) which is an organization working throughout the world to supply economically disadvantaged children and families with low cost computers for educational purposes.

Avenue 3 is proud to sponsor Nellie Aikenhead and the conservation efforts of those working in the Campaign to Protect Elizabeth Island. The conservation project will permenantly protect the two acre island located in Spy Pond in Arlington as a refuge for wildlife and scenic resource for residents. Debbie Heffernan is an active participant in Operation American Soldier. This program is designed to provide soldiers serving in other countries with “care packages” of food, games, clothing and letters.
Judith Conley has spent time working with Habitat for Humanity in the commuities of Greater Boston and Marthas Vineyard, Massachusetts. Nellie Aikenhead uses her land conservation expertise as a volunteer member of the Arlington Land Trust Board. She also provides consulting services and advice to landowners and municipalities. She works with projects as far ranging as a historic church retreat on ½ mile water frontage to a 240 acre horse farm in Massachusetts.
